What you are reading

A planning guide about the Newfoundland ferry crossing, written from one person’s trips between North Sydney, Port aux Basques, and the longer Argentia run. It is an independent guide. It is not the operator, not an agent, and not a ticket counter.

No promise about a sailing

Winds change. Queues change. Cabins fill. I write what has been true on my crossings. I do not warrant that today’s boat will match a sentence I wrote in a calm week. Check the operator before you drive to the terminal.

Your use of the pages

Read them, share the address, quote a short line with credit. Do not copy the site into another guide and pretend you stood on the slip. The photographs are used under the licences named in the footer.

If you miss a sailing because you trusted a paragraph over the official notice, that miss is not a claim against this notebook. The guide is offered as personal notes, without a fee.
